Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all accessories like microfiber cloths and authenticity cards are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
